About LMK Counseling
Lizzy Kroll offers solution-focused therapy which focuses on solutions rather than problems. These sessions will be firmly rooted in the present while working towards resolution for the future. This is ideal for the client who is seeking short-term therapy. Lizzy Kroll also offers long-term therapy which requires a deep dive into your childhood and the ways in which your past influences your present.

Anxiety is one of the most common reasons people seek therapy. Anxiety is a familiar human emotion but when anxiety becomes excessive, persistent and interferes with daily functioning then it can develop into an anxiety disorder.
